Why is CE-Guile above WW-Guile? I thought WW-Guile was the nastiest.

I think one of the reasons is that CE-Guile has his jumping knee (f+forward kick) which allows you to do more redizzy and damaging combos. The knee moves you forward in range right after you use a sonic boom.

WW-Guile is more limited in his damaging combos where you have to be in the right position.

Also wanted to add, CE versions of each character do a lot more damage than most other versions.

This game is not as popular because CE versions are too strong and have CPS1 links (c. short, c. short, c. short, c. short+fierce combo).

CapKore version (Japanese version of 'Greatest Hits' for PS2) fixed a few bugs like ST-Vega (claw) wall dive move and O. Sagat's fireball recovery.
